Punjabi Khojgarh

Punjabi Khojgarh is the center of research, publication and advocacy on history, culture, literature, music, and arts of the Punjab. It was established on the 10th March 2001 under the initiative of celebrated poet and historian Mr Iqbal Qasier . It is maintained by the Punjabi Khojgarh Trust and a team of dedicated individuals who work voluntarily to maintain and upkeep the Centre.

Nadeem Omar Tarar
Dr Nadeem Omar Tarar is a visiting Senior Research Fellow at the Department of Anthropology, University of Texas, Austin, USA. Previously, he held positions including the Gandhara Chair in Art History and Cultural Studies at the University of Wah, Rawalpindi, and as Associate Professor of Cultural Studies and Director at the National College of Arts, Lahore, Pakistan. He has also served as a Visiting Professor at the School of Ethnology at North Minzu University, China, and as the course director at the Foreign Service Academy, Islamabad. Additionally, he is affiliated with the academic network of the European Buddhist Union.
